The Circular-IMTA-Demo project will be exhibiting at this year’s National Ploughing Championships as part of the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) Tent, highlighting innovative approaches to circular bioeconomy development and sustainable resource use. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the project’s work in Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture (IMTA), circular production systems and the potential of bio-based value chains to support environmental sustainability and rural development. The exhibition will showcase how innovative aquaculture and biorefinery concepts can contribute to a more resilient and sustainable future, while fostering collaboration between researchers, industry, communities and policymakers. Attendees are warmly invited to visit the TUS Tent to meet the project team and discover how Circular-IMTA-Demo is helping drive the transition to a circular bioeconomy.
